Spring League Banquet Information

Due to Covid - 19 we will not be having a banquet dinner or ceremony.

We will instead be having a weekend drop by event where there will be fantastic prize drawings for participants to enter into mutliple drawings and plenty of outdoor spaces for teams to get together in small groups. There will also be discounted shooting over the weekend for league shooters who want to shoot for fun or you can just stop by enter your tickets for prizes and head out if that is your preference. The winning teams of the leagues will be announced on the loud speaker as they pick up their awards. Thank you for your participation & understanding with the unique circumstances this year, we want everyone to be able celebrate and have an opportunity for prizes in a safe, but fun manner.

• Eligible participants (those that completed at least 16 weeks of the league) can stop by anytime on either day between 10am - 5pm to pick up and enter the tickets for the prize drawings.
• Each participant will be given 6 tickets when they check in that they can put into their choice of multiple prize drawings, or all into one. To encourage social distancing we will be doing the drawings of the prize winners after close on Sunday, October 4th and will contact the winners of the prizes for later pick up.
